    do these have to be printed out or will they be where you can view them on your computer anytime you want.

      You can save them to your computer permanently and view them anytime you want, forever. (You can also put them on an iPad or tablet if you’d rather.)

If you use the checkout as a “guest’ (without signing in), you should be able to get through without further trouble. However, we will email you an invoice directly if you’d rather.     Hi Staci, I received the egg, material, pins and everything I needed to make it but did not receive any instructions. It has taken me a while to write and let you know. I had a brother to pass away in Jan. then an Aunt after him and then in Sept. I lost another brother so I haven’t been thinking too clearly. Wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

    It keeps telling me my email or password is incorrect. I’m not sure if you have a different password with the email, but I have been using my password that I use to sign on to the website.     Once we pay for the bundle. Where do we go to print out the patterns and ebook? Will they be in our email? Do we have a time limit on when we need to print or can we just save the email? Thanks

      Vicki… there is no time limit, but I do recommend saving the eBooks to your computer permanently. This way you will always have it available. You can do that by clicking the links in the email, and when you are taken to the PDF, clicking “File” and “Save”. Then, you can save it anywhere you like on your hard drive.       Yes, you can print them out if you’d like. They are in PDF form, and print nicely. (they are large files though, with lots of photos).

      The photos just above and below the words “Christmas Countdown 2016” are examples of the ornaments made with these patterns, yes. I hope that helps :)
