Have you ever tried to make an ornament showcasing a special picture or motif, but then found that the image was too large to fit?

It's happened to the best of us! When the image is too large, it can cause your fabric to bunch, crinkle up on the ball, and pretty much be a pain in the neck to work with!

You can use a larger ball, but if you don't want to end up with a much-too-big ornament, another solution is to make your ornament on a 'hemi" (half-round) shape.

Since one side of a hemi is flattened, you'll have a much larger surface to fit your picture/image on.

Happy Ornamenting!
