12 Weeks of Christmas Ornaments Challenge 2023 Week 5: The Playful Twist Pattern

For Week 5, we're revisiting another previously Club-only design... and this time, we're re-creating it.

The Playful Twist Pattern.

This pattern was originally designed on an egg shape for Easter, but for this Challenge, we are making it on a round ball.

And it's gorgeous in holiday fabrics! (Scroll down!)

Just like most of our patterns...  you'll get a step-by-step video tutorial AND a full-length eBook showing each step in detail, with photos.

Your turn!

Your challenge is.... to make your own Playful Twist ornament using your 3 chosen fabrics.... have fun creating your color combo!

p.s. If you bought your foam ahead of time-based on the Supply List I gave you, this week uses an 8-Lined Ball. (But, don't worry if you don't have a pre-lined ball. We have a video showing you how you can mark your own.)

    Are the measurements for the fabrics different from the egg thank you

      Hi Sarah, yes the fabric measurements are different from the egg. If you were a member during that month, you will have access to the round variation in your Classic Patterns library. Happy Ornament-ing!

    I am a member of the Christmas Club and purchased this pattern, I don’t see access to the egg-shaped pattern. Do I not get access to the egg-shaped pattern or am I looking in the wrong place for it?
