I have a paypal account but it didn’t redirect me, I realize it’s late but if u could tell me what I’m doing wrong that would b great! I look forward to hearing from you and being an Ornament Girl!!

Hi Cathy…. Thank you so much for the compliment! I just emailed you. :)

How can I buy one of your ornaments? How much are they?

  3. Joy Shiers on February 1, 2016 at 5:28 pm

Dear Staci, I had just wrote a comment to you and apparently the CAPTCHA Code was not right again. This isn’t the first time. Last month I ordered the Jan Ornament from the Ornament Girls Club. I got an extra one that you had left. I paid full price, which was fine because I was late trying to get signed up. PayPal had no trouble taking my payment. Now I’am trying to get signed again. PayPal cannot get my old account with them figured out, so not able to join your Ornament Girls Club. The ornament I received for Jan’15 was beautiful and would love to continue. Thank you, Joy Shiers – Dusty5197@aol.com

Hi Joy… I’m sorry to hear of the trouble you had with PayPal! Were you able to get it figured out with them? They are usually pretty good in handling things if you give them a phone call. (Trying to do it through email is a nightmare though!)

Please let me know if you were able to get it straightened out with them!

I’ve missed something somewhere. I see that the member ornament is $19.95 plus $5 shipping & handling. I missed how much the actual membership is. Thank you for answering my question.

    • Staci Ann Lowry on February 1, 2016 at 9:28 pm

Hi Marianne… I’m sorry for any confusion! The total price each month is $24.95 for your monthly kit, including shipping. :)

  5. Sharon on February 1, 2016 at 7:45 pm

You listed the priceo join as $19.95 but I was charged $24.95. Why the differe4nce in price?

    • Carol on February 1, 2016 at 9:13 pm

Sharon – the difference is shipping. Cost of kit $19.95, shipping $5.00. Total $24.95. Hope this helps. You will love being in the club. They are so easy to make with Staci’s instructions. You will get addicted to making them (I am). – Carol (thought I would help Staci out & answer this question),

      • Staci Ann Lowry on February 1, 2016 at 9:27 pm

Thank you so much for jumping in here, Carol, I so appreciate it! :)

Sharon, please let me know if you have any other questions, and welcome to our group!

  7. Brenda Birdwell on February 2, 2016 at 12:20 am

I missed out on being able to join again this month. Is there any way possible to buy the Feb. kit?
    Thank you very much.

  8. Teresa on February 2, 2016 at 10:50 pm

I joined the club in November. I’ve made the Nov and Dec ornaments. But I’ve not received any others. Have I done something wrong to miss Jan and now Feb? I planned on making all 12 for a tree at Christmas. What do I need to do?
    Thanks, Teresa

    • Staci Ann Lowry on February 9, 2016 at 1:55 pm

Hi Teresa.. I apologize for any confusion. For the November kit, I hadn’t started the actual membership yet. At that time, I had planned on just coming out with a new Kit of the Month, each month, on a first come, first serve basis. Once I realized that so many people would rather have a membership, so it would be easier to get the kit each month, I started up the club (that was starting with the December kit).

I”ll be opening up for new memberships every 1st of the month, when I have spaces available. (Once you become a member, you’ll be on an automatic shipment, so you won’t need to re-sign up or keep checking back for every kit – you’ll get it automatically. That is something I should have set up back in November, but I was actually not expecting such a response!)

I am sorry again for any confusion! I hope to see you joining us for the March opening. :)

Hi Staci, Okay so I am a little confused here according to your information that once we join the club we have no waiting that we will get the ornaments? So here is where I’m confused at that You’ll automatically receive my newest Ornament Kit of the Month in the mail, each and every month – that means, no waiting in line, no possibility of missing out, and the guaranteed arrival of your new kit each month. It’s now February 4th and I do not see where Paypal has withdrawn the $24.95 out of my account?? Is there a issue with paypal? Can you please look into this and get back with us. It seems that I’m not the only one that is having this issue. It will be very upsetting to me and to well all of us if there is a issue and we are going to miss out. If you or your assistance can find out what is going on that would be greatly appreciated seeing that I’m going through a family crisis right now and really have not had the time to check this out. Please oh please get back to me on this as soon as possible.

    • Staci Ann Lowry on February 5, 2016 at 10:13 am

Hi Joyce… I’m sorry to hear about your family crisis! Yes, it is an auto-ship program, and payments are automatically deducted… however, upon checking, I see that your payment did not go through. This is probably due to a credit card needing updated or something similar. You’ll have to go into your PayPal account to check that – I have no access on my end to your payment information, and I am not able to see specifically why the payment didn’t go through.

      • Staci Ann Lowry on February 5, 2016 at 10:14 am

You don’t have to worry about missing out though. I have already accounted for your kit, and it is here for you. We just need to get your payment info straightened out. :)

Hello Stacey: I really hope to join your club next month. I tried this month and it’s sold out. I also filled out the affiliate program. I am a Martha Pullen licensed sewing instructor, and I also manage a Viking Sewing Gallery so I come in contact with a lot of crafters they will all want your patterns. Thank you.

It said I was eligible for a free blue round ornament. Still cannot find a place to pay. I do have a pay pal account. Please advise. Will try to join on March 1.

Wow, I didn’t know there was a whole niche in making your own Christmas ornaments. I will keep this in mind, for my crafty friends.

  20. Earlene Stanifer on December 30, 2016 at 1:08 am

I need you to send me the December pattern on my email. I am not well versed using my IPhone.
I have been trying all month and I still do not know how to retrieve the pattern.
    Thank you so much.
