September VIP Club Opening FAQs
Have we got some news for you!
We're so excited to re-open the doors again for this club! We have 200 spots available that will be available to current members of one of our other clubs.
How do I join?

We do expect the spots to sell out VERY quickly. The spots in the VIP club will be released on September 8th at 1pm EASTERN. The first members to fill out the form will be awarded those spots.
Why are spots limited?
We haven't opened up the Ornament Girls VIP Club in over 5 years. And I hadn't planned to open it again. You might be wondering why.
Our VIP Club is more difficult to plan for than any of our other Club options. For the last 5 years, I've allowed it to slowly dwindle down in numbers, and I'd pretty much made up my mind that I wouldn't re-open it.
But you guys weren't having it lol. So I'm caving. I'm going to open it up, but 200 spots is the absolute max number of spots I'm able to open, because our kits are already planned for the entire next year, and we don't have enough fabric and materials to go over that number.
VIP spaces include our monthly pattern eBook, full-length video tutorial, AND the complete supply kit.
I'm a Digital member of The Ornament Girls Club... can I switch to VIP?
We will be making these changes manually, so please give us a few days to get everything switched or refunded.
I'm a Christmas Club member... can I also join the VIP Club?
If you would prefer to switch to the VIP Club, and NOT keep your Christmas Club membership, please contact our customer support team at staciann@theornamentgirl.com to have your Christmas Club membership cancelled. This will not happen automatically, but we'll be glad to take care of that for you.
What is the difference between the VIP Club and the Christmas Club?
In the Christmas Club, we go back through our treasure trove of patterns... but with beautiful Christmas fabrics and embellishments every single month. This club does NOT include the eBook.
I am not a member of any of your clubs... can I still join the VIP club?
Since this Club Opening is so limited, we are giving our Digital and Christmas Club members first dibs. The only way to join the VIP Club is to be a current member of one of those subscriptions.
We will be opening the Digital Ornament Girls Club in November of 2025 and would love to have you join us! You can sign up for our Digital Club opening wait list HERE.
Will there be an international shipping option?

What will I receive?
This is an exclusive members-only subscription club. As a private member, you will get:
I got a spot in the VIP Club! What happens with my Digital membership?
If you are a current member of the Digital club, we will automatically be cancelling your Digital membership. If you were already billed for your Digital membership, we will also process that refund so there is no need to do anything else! Refunds can take up to five buiness days to be reflected on your account.
What is the cost?
The monthly subscription for OUTSIDE the US is $49/month.
PLEASE READ THIS:
There's a very good chance that some of you who want a spot, will not get one. If that happens, I want to say upfront that I'm so sorry for the disappointment.
But.. please know that we are trying to figure out some kind of process going forward... to possibly open a few spots each month or two to fill in for any cancelations, etc. We are even thinking we could do some kind of lottery system or something. I will keep you updated on what we come up with.
And in the meantime, our Digital Membership is still here, and it's a wonderful way to make each month's brand new pattern with your own unique fabrics and materials, AND stay involved in our awesome ornament-making community.

I'm ready to join! Where do I sign up?
Opening Day is
If we get into the VIP club and a situation changes (financial or otherwise—I just want to cover my bases) and we’d like to go back to digital, can that happen? Or, would we have to wait for spots to open in the digital club again? In other words, you would hate to join the VIP club and in a few months if the situation changes, end up in no club at all. Thank you! I’m excited for the chance to get into VIP!
Great question Gisele! You can always switch to the Digital Membership, but you will lose your spot in the VIP club and would not be able to switch back until spots become available again. Because of the limited nature of the VIP club, there’s no way we can ever guarantee that spot. I hope that helps!

I joined the club, in middle of your move, and have been a member every since, I also belong to Christmas Club ,although I had to opt out for a while, but back now and enjoying both club memberships…never been digital! Do I need to renew anything?.Thanks
Hi Gloria, I checked on your account and you are already a member of both kit clubs, so you wouldn’t need to do anything to renew. You are all set!

Does it include taxes ? Im living in Sweden.

No, the cost here does not include any duties, customs or taxes. Everyone’s tax rates are a little different so there is no way for us to build that into the price in a way that would be fair to everyone. I hope that helps!
Can you please check your records on the digital membership for me? I have confused myself again? and think I’m a member, but not sure. I am a Christmas Club member and wish to add the VIP Member also if possible. Needless to say, I love The Ornament Girls! Your ornaments and your support is fantastic and unmatched!

Will the email include a link that we will have to logon to in order to apply for the VIP Club?

No, the order form is not going to require you to log in to your Ornament Girls account in order to sign up. We will be sending out that link ahead of time as well to work around any delays in emails being delivered.
I’m confused. I know I belong to the Christmas ornament club, but I’m not sure if I’m a member of the digital club too. How can I find out what I need to do in order to join the VIP club?

I do see you are a member of both the Christmas Club and the Digital Club. We will be sending out an email with a link to join the VIP club once we’re a little closer to that club opening. The VIP club will open on September 8th at 1 pm Eastern time. When the club opens, you’ll the link we send you to sign up via an order form. Those spots will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. We do think they will sell out pretty quickly, but I hope you’ll be able to join us! I have been a member to 2 clubs for years now…. Christmas and I believe the VIP club. could you please double check that I am already considered a VIP?
I was a bit confused because the email stated that it was only sent out to Christmas Club & digital members.. Just need to know if there is anything I need to do..

I am not sure what membership I currently have, can you confirm that for me? Also, if you are a VIP member, do you have to get a separate Christmas Club membership? I am so confused!
Hi Ann,
You are a member of both the Christmas Club and the Digital Club The Christmas Club is the kit you get in the mail each month and would be for a different ornament and pattern than if you were to get into the VIP Club. If you decided to join the VIP club, you would be getting a kit for the pattern you receive each month as part of your digital membership. It is essentially an upgraded membership. I hope that all makes sense!
For the Christmas Club, you get a kit and video tutorial, the digital club, you get an eBook and video tutorial, but no kit and the VIP club, you get the same eBook and video tutorial, but it DOES include a kit.

If we get a spot in the VIP club and are transferred out of the Digital Club, can we still purchase other patterns that we do not have access to in the future? Love the OG staff. Keep up the good work!
Hi Carrie, yes! One of the benefits of membership is access to our secret store where you can purchase patterns from previous months. You will have access to that no matter which club you are in.
How much will it cost for the VIP club? Is it the same as the Christmas ornaments price once a month?
Hi Lonna, the VIP club is going to be $35/ month for members inside the US.
