How did your Flurry ornament turn out? Wasn't that a fun pattern?
This week we're doing a pattern that's even MORE fun.. the Hexi Window.
This is one of those patterns that looks way harder than it actually is. In fact, if you've been intimidated by this one, I dare you to go ahead and give it a try this week. I guarantee you'll be surprised. (and maybe addicted. #sorry)
For my ornament above, I followed the 'Rainbow' Variation (one of the 3 BONUS variation videos this pattern includes), and I simply replaced the rainbow colors with my red, white, & blue fabrics instead.
This pattern comes with:
- the full-length Hexi Window eBook
- the full-length Hexi Window Video
- The ‘Hexi Opposites’ Variation - Bonus Video
- The ‘Hexi Rainbow’ Variation - Bonus Video
- The ‘Hexi Snow Globe’ Variation - Bonus Video
- Fabric Planner/Coloring Sheets for ALL FOUR variations
Yep, it's a lot!
Okay, another difficult choice. ;) Which layout to do? May need to make more that one version. On to making week 2.
Hi Tanya – I just love the way you used the red & white on this challenge. I am a fellow Canadian and am thrilled with what you have come up with for this challenge. May I be so bold and ask where you have found the ribbon with the Maple leaf on it? I have been searching but no luck so far.
Hi Trudy!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Aren’t these challenges so much fun?!?!
I lucked out and found the ribbon at Walmart.
Love them all! Would Cheri be willing to share her fabric choices? Thanks.
Thanks so much! Cheri originally purchased her fabrics from Joann fabrics, but we don’t have the exact names. I’m so sorry about that! These were fabrics she pulled from her personal stash.
