12 Weeks of Christmas Ornaments Challenge 2023 Week 11: The Twisted Snow Globe Pattern

Wow, you guys... it's our last 'regular' week. (Next week is... our 2023 Christmas Bundle Release!)

But how 'bout I don't get ahead of myself here. For Week #11, we chose...

The Twisted Snow Globe Pattern.

This pattern was introduced just last year as part of our 2022 Bundle. If you've been around awhile, you already know how awesome we do up our Bundle patterns, and this one is no exception.

It comes with not only the usual step-by-step video tutorial AND a full-length eBook... but also several bonus videos teaching different variations for this pattern (which you'll see examples of below!)

It even comes with a printable planning/coloring sheet so you can easily plan out any color combo you can think of.

This one comes with SO many goodies, that at only $7, it's kind of a crazy deal.

Speaking of variations.... at the top of this post, you can see how Darlene alternated her three fabrics to swirl around the center.

But here, Tanya grouped her three fabrics into sections, giving it a totally different look:

(She also did our 'Prism Center', which we teach you how to do in one of the Bonus Videos that come with this pattern.)

Your turn!

Your challenge is.... to make your own Twisted Snow Globe ornament using your 3 chosen fabrics.... have fun creating your color combo!

Remember, if you don't know how to make the Twisted Snow Globe pattern, you can buy it (on sale this week only) by CLICKING HERE.

Then, show us what you've got by posting it on Instagram using the hashtag #OrnamentGirlsChallenge so we can all see it!

(And, if you're an Ornament Girls Club Member, please post it in our private FB group!)

I'll see ya in a week, with Challenge Pattern #8. (Make sure you're on my email list!)

Happy Ornament-ing!

Staci Ann

p.s. If you bought your foam ahead of time-based on the Supply List I gave you, this week uses a 6-Lined Ball. (But, don't worry if you don't have a pre-marked ball.. we will show you how you can easily mark your own.)

p.p.s. Here are the rest of the OG Team's Week #11 ornaments:

Kennedy's adorable Twisted Snow Globe ornament:

(She alternated two of her fabrics, to swirl around her third fabric in the center.)

Olivia added the optional 2nd layer to her pretty pink Twisted Snow Globe:

(Yes, we show how to do this in the Bonus Videos, too!)

Monica alternated all three of her fabrics to create a gorgeous swirl:

And, similar to Tanya, I created 'sections' with my fabrics. However, instead of 3 large sections, I alternated two fabrics into smaller sections, leaving my 3rd color in the center:

(Isn't it incredible how many variations you can make with this pattern?)
