The glimmer solids are from Cloud9 and we’re trying to remember the details of the tulle. Staci did say it was just from a craft site so I’m not sure if there’s really a name brand to it and it’s just something you can find just about any where?
Red – Glimmer Solid 206411
White – Glimmer Solid 206410

I dont have a printer what is the measurements around the center?
Hi Susan, you can cut your own paper out by wrapping it around the outside of the disc, and cutting a strip of paper to that exact length. it’s about 9-7/8″ long but it can vary a tiny bit from foam to foam piece. I hope that helps. Thanks!
