It's almost time for the Christmas Club to begin!

I've been planning this since around last Christmas, and I can hardly wait to open the doors.

Opening Day will be Saturday, October 24th.

This post has answers to some of the questions we've been most asked about the new club.

How do I join?

I'll be sending an email ahead of time with a link to join. However, please note, that this link will NOT work until I open the cart. At the time of the opening, you'll need to click that link again to be sent to the correct ordering page.

Why only 1000 spots?

So, to be honest, I initially thought 1000 was more than enough. From the response we've gotten so far, I can see that this Christmas Club might be a little more popular than I was expecting.

But here's the logistical reason.....

In order to get enough fabric for a whole lotta kits, I had to order about a year in advance. This is especially true with holiday fabrics, which are typically only introduced once a year by the fabric manufacturers I love most.

When the idea for the Christmas Club came about, I realized I would need to order fabric and other supplies, for an entire year's worth of kits up front.

I chose to do this for 1000 kits this first year, and slowly add on each year after. My plan is to hopefully add another 500 spots in November, 2021.

(Our first ornament will be the glittery Flurry ornament you see above.)

Will this really be Christmas all year?

Yes, indeed!

What patterns will be used?

One of the things that has been bugging me for awhile, is that each month, we introduce an amazing brand new pattern (and that is awesome)... but then it goes into the vault, and we rarely get a chance to re-visit it.

What a waste!

With our brand new Christmas Club Kits, we'll be going back through our treasure trove of patterns... but with beautiful Christmas fabrics and embellishments every single month.

Will the new Christmas Club have any NEW patterns?

No, not brand new. We will use existing patterns, and occasionally variations.

Basically, our current OG Club is more focused on new patterns each month... and this new Christmas Club will be more about kits. I can't begin to count the number of times I send an ornament picture in Inspire emails (using one of our existing patterns), and we get replies asking if we can please make a kit for it.

We have so many amazing patterns and it's going to be so fun to use them in new ways, with beautiful Christmas materials.

Will there be a digital-only option?

No, not at this time. We will be basing these kits off of our existing collection of beautiful patterns, and so it doesn't make sense to offer a digital-only option for this club.

If you're interested in getting a new pattern each month, I'd recommend sticking with our current Digital Ornament Girls Club.

Will there be an international shipping option?

Yes.

A word of warning though... shipping costs have increased astronomically over the last year, and especially for packages going outside the United States. I'm sorry in advance for this.

What will I receive?

You will get:

A complete kit, with fabric, foam, pins, and embellishments, to make each month's Christmas ornament.
A full-length video tutorial, showing you how to make your ornament, plus any extra digital content we may add from time to time (you know how we love giving you extras!)
JUST ADDED: A numbered hang tag for your ornament! November's ornament is #1!

Which Club is better for me?

Our current Ornament Girls Club is heavily focused on learning a new pattern every single month.

The new Christmas Club will be a chance to re-visit many of those patterns, to make a Christmas-themed ornament every month.

The Christmas Club will not be for everyone, but if you want more Christmas.... and if you would love the chance to practice some of our amazing patterns... and if you love getting a kit with ALL the things... pre-cut and ready to go.. then you will LOVE the Christmas Club.

Do I have to be a member of the Ornament Girls Club in order to join the Christmas Club?

The Christmas Club will be open to everyone. However, I'm going to open it up to current OG Members first.

Can I trade my current OG Club Membership for a spot in the Christmas Club?

I can't guarantee you a spot in the Christmas Club... however, if you join, we will gladly cancel your current membership at your request.

Can I join both clubs?

Of course!

Is there a discount if I join both clubs?

Not at this time. I'm sorry.

What is the cost?

The Introductory Price will be $27/month. This price INCLUDES shipping.

I'm ready to join! Where do I sign up?

I know, I'm so excited too! It's been killing me to wait so long to tell you about this!

Opening Day is Saturday, October 24th.

Our first kit will be shipped November 2020.

We already have our first year of kits planned, based on 1000 spots for the year. Since we came up a tiny bit short of 1000 kits for November, I'll have a small handful of spots available in December to get us up to 1000.

After that, we won't have another big opening until November 2021. (I might occasionally have a cancelled spot to fill.)

This will be an ongoing subscription club, but you will always be able to cancel any time (just like our Ornament Girls Club).

Can I sign up early?

I am so sorry, but we can't accept early sign ups.

Hello I need some advice. I am in a financial bind and would like to suspend my Christmas club subscription if I can. If I have to give it up let me know. I do not have the $ for a few months.. also I am subscribed to the digital club.. which I would like to stop or suspend also.
Question is. Would I be able to keep access to the tutorials? Or whatever I have access to or purchased access??
My sister passed a couple years ago in Jan 2021 and then her son who had the house passed in Feb 2022 and most of the year I’ve been helping with the house after 40 years of hoarding… I have not been able to take time with my ornaments, just collecting them (oh gawd don’t say I’m hoarding them… lol. Eeek!) I don’t have the $ for future purchases right now for sure. And I’m sad.. I keep wanting to get into them but I also took on their kitty who has no manners and is always in my lap or on the table or counter or sewing or crocheting and would be all over the ornaments… help and please let me know if I lose the spot for the Christmas club & digital club or what.. thanks

Hi, I am in the UK ,so kits are a no no with postage and tax added but I can improvise if I have patterns.
Am I right in thinking that you have a club just for patterns, if so where would I find details ?
Your ornaments are beautiful and I would love to make some.

Sooo frustrating! I have tried for a couple years now to join the clubs but am never notified that the clubs are open and accepting members. I’ve signed up several different times to no avail. Are these clubs still operational and is there a secret to membership I’m not aware of?

  Hi Staci I am a member of your ornament girls club and also a past member of the Christmas club. I am working on some kits I haven’t gotten around to doing. I need access to the pattern and online tutorials I haven’t been able to get in to. The pattern is the Cinnaberry Victoria kit. Please advise. I thought this information was available to members past or present since I paid for the amount charged to be a member. Thank you for your help

I hope you can help me. I was working on the October 2024 ornament (pine cone) and my son’s dog chewed it up. I have another styrofoam cone but the markings are not visible. Is there something you can use to show me how to mark the cone? Thanks for any assistance you.can provide.
