Become an Ornament Girl Affiliate and Earn Money!

Join The Ornament Girl Affiliate Program.

Do you have website visitors, followers, or friends, who would love to make their own ornaments as much as we do?

If so, you are invited to partner with me, and earn money for every sale you make happen on this website!

Simply create an account, use the linking code I will give you to send customers to this website, and you will earn money every time someone buys one of my fabric ornament patterns.

How Does it Work?

Becoming an Ornament Girl Affiliate is super simple:
1. You sign up to become an affiliate.

2. Your visitor clicks on an affiliate link or banner (that I provide for you) on your site, in an email, or wherever you choose to promote it.

3. That visitor’s IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser so that I can track the fact that you sent them my way.

4. The visitor visits my site, and may decide to purchase an ornament pattern.

5. And, if they do (they don’t even have to buy at that moment – cookies and IPs are stored for 3 months), their purchase will be registered as a sale for you – and YOU will receive commission for the sale.

6. My commission rate is 50%! You will receive 50% of each sale you send to my site. That means that if someone you send to my site buys one pattern, you make $5. If they buy my 6 pattern bundle, you get $25. You get half of any pattern purchases you send my way – and there’s no limit.

Questions you may have…

What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program is a revenue sharing program. It is a way for me to reward you if you send any customers my way. I may not have ever received that customer without your help, and so an affiliate program lets me say “thank you” (in the form of moolah!).

Do I have to join in order to get credit? Can’t I just tell you who I’ve sent to your site?

I’m sorry but no. It would be way too hard for me to keep that straight. You must join the program, and then use specific tracking links (which I provide you) in order to send people to my site. My affiliate program tracks those links, and you receive credit automatically.

Can I become an affiliate and purchase patterns for myself at half off?

Nope. If you would like to buy any of my patterns, please purchase them as normal. However, you can very quickly make your cost back, plus much more, if you send other potential customers my way.

Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?

Nope! It’s completely free. You have nothing to lose, and money to gain!

Who can join?

Pretty much anyone! If you have a website or blog, or even if you would just like to share these patterns with family and friends, you are more than welcome to join.

I will be manually reviewing each application to make sure no one is trying to promote my patterns from any “icky” websites, but other than that, I will be glad to have you!

How exactly do I promote your ornament patterns?

When you sign up, you’ll have your own “affiliate center” on this website, which will provide you with banners, links, and text…everything you’ll need in order to link to my patterns, and start making commissions!

(You may not use any of my images, banners, or text to promote your own products.)

What if I send someone to you through my link, and they don’t buy a pattern…but then they come back later to buy it?

You will still get commission for any purchase they make, up through 3 months after they’ve clicked your link!

My affiliate software uses a cookie to keep track and remember where someone originally came from. So, if they came from your link, and didn’t buy a pattern right away (or they clicked around the website for awhile)…but then they changed their mind and made a purchase…you will still earn a commission. Pretty awesome, huh?

How will I get paid?

You will be paid on a monthly basis. I will make payouts via PayPal, so you must have a PayPal account when you apply to the program.

What if I start sending zillions of people to you, and I start making lots of sales? Will you kick me out of the program? Is there a limit to what I can earn?

Absolutely not! In fact, I might send you flowers!

There is no limit. I will be just as happy as you if you start making tons of sales. :)

Anything else I should know?

Yes! By applying and participating in the Ornament Girl Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Please make sure to read them before you apply.

Alrighty, I’m in! What do I do now?

Scroll back up to the top of this page, and click the little blue guy to sign up. It only takes a few minutes to set up an account.

Once you’re signed up and approved, you’ll be given access to your own affiliate page, where you’ll get linking codes and banners that you can use to start promoting.

I can’t wait to work with you!

OMGoodness!!! That is super nice of you, Staci!!!! I have lots of crafting friends that I think will love your ornaments. I just got a bundle of patterns from you and what I have seen so far makes me think that just about anyone who try’s this will be able to make these. Even if they’ve never done anything like this in the past. I’m so excited for Christmas to get here this year because my whole tree is going to be decorated with Your ornaments!!! Thank you so much, Lisa

That is awesome, Lisa! I will have even more ads & banners inside the program soon…. I have unfortunately not had tons of time in the last couple of months to devote to making more, but I will have more soon (and other ideas and things too). If there’s anything I can help with when it comes to sharing the ads, or anything else, please let me know! And, I’d LOVE to see a picture of your tree this year!

Will you tell me what the Affiliate Account is? I can’t find anything
    that explains it. Maybe

    • Staci Ann Lowry January 9, 2016, 5:41 pm

Hi Jackie… I”m sorry I didn’t see your question sooner!

An affiliate account is for you to earn money if someone buys a pattern from me through your referral. So, for example, if you tell a friend about one of my patterns, and then they go and purchase it, you would earn 50% of the sale. This is set up online, through links, so that we can track what purchases are made through your referral. Does that make it more clear? Let me know if you have any other questions!

  • Carl Stuck December 29, 2015, 8:24 pm

I am wondering if a facebook business page is also appropriate for an affiliate link. Would love to add you.

    • Staci Ann Lowry January 9, 2016, 5:43 pm

In some cases, yes. It depends on the page. :) I can take a look if you’d like. I tried to follow your link, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

  • MaMaWanda January 8, 2016, 7:55 pm

    Thank you!

  • Bev January 24, 2016, 7:54 pm

I am sooooo excited! I have purchased several patterns and am hooked! I thought I would ‘add’ a gadget with this link but that didn’t work. What am I doing wrong and how do I do this. I am anxious to get you on my blog. THANKS!

    • Staci Ann Lowry January 25, 2016, 9:55 am

Hey there, Bev! I just looked and I think you have it on your site now… am I right? Let me know if it isn’t right and I’ll try to help. :) Thank you VERY much for linking to me; I appreciate it! :)

What if they purchase a kit or become a member of the kit of the month ?

    • Staci Ann Lowry February 6, 2016, 12:55 pm

Hi Kathryn…. This is just for digital items for now, so doesn’t include kits or the Kit of the Month Club.
