OG Inspire: Unicorn Ornaments

Welcome to my new Ornament Girl Inspire Series!

These posts won't take you but a few seconds to read. Each one will simply contain an ornament picture meant to inspire you & give you some new ideas.

Today's ornament(s): Pretty little unicorn ornaments (tomorrow, April 9th, is National Unicorn Day!)

Pattern Info: These ornaments were made with the Iris Pattern. (This pattern includes a bonus video showing details on how Monica turned the Iris pattern into these unicorns.)

Materials Info: The unicorn on the left was made on a 3" SoftFoam ball, and the one on the right was made on a Hemi (half-round) shape. Monica used satin blanket binding to cover the ball, and mini satin flowers to decorate the top.

Happy Ornament-ing!

Hi Betty, I am SO sorry about that. It’s an older video and we totally meant to have closed caption on it by now. We are ordering that now and will have it added to the video within the next few days. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

Good morning, What did you use for the unicorn horn? Love all the different ideas that you show. Thank you

      Hi Eileen,
the horns on these ornaments were made using 2″ unicorn pendant charms from Etsy (left) and a mini cone wrapped in cord (right). I hope that helps!
