This is adorable!
I love this ornament and the colors.
Hello, OG!
What size is the fabric cut of this bunny face, please? My 4-in. egg-shape foam seems ‘chubbier,’ and I only have a small ‘scrap’ of this fabric that my sister gave me to make her an ornament like this one–I don’t want to make unnecessary mistake, since the fabric is extra-special to us. (The finished ornament will coordinate with a special quilt she made for granddaughter.) I’ve never made a ‘snow globe egg’ before. Thank you for your guidance, for any advice you can provide.
Hi Shellie, I completely understand that! This ornament is a couple of years old and we don’t have the exact measurements on the fabric. I’m really sorry. This ornament was made on a 4″ egg though, so the face measurements are probably about 3″ tall x 2.5″ wide. I hope that at least gives you a starting point. Happy Ornament-ing!
Thank you for boosting my confidence before I ‘trim something I shouldn’t,’ as OGs have learned. I will try!
I appreciate your help, Sarah!
