The OG Marketplace Terms & Conditions

(Note: By participating in this group, you are agreeing to all of the below. Please do not participate if you do not agree with anything below.)

1. Please remember this is The Ornament Girls Marketplace group, and not anyone’s personal platform.

2. Be respectful and courteous. Bullying, negativity, or drama will not be tolerated. Please don’t leave nasty comments about someone’s listing or price.

3. No Buy ins or Co-op Buys. If you don’t already own it, don’t sell it.

4. NO LINKS. (See #1)

5. All items must have a picture.

6. If you are listing something for sale, you must state a price. (No ‘Percent OFF’ or ‘buy 1 get 1″) – just your asking price. (Again, see #1. This isn’t your shop – it’s a buy/sell group)

7. You can have up to 7 ‘ads’ listed at a time. No ‘photo albums’ of your items for sale. You can bump up each of your items or posts once a week. (This doesn’t apply to responding to a question on your listing). Please be courteous – see #1 again.

8. WHAT YOU CAN SELL:

Individual Ornament Supplies
Other Individual Crafting Supplies
Fabric, Pre-cuts, or Fussy Cuts
Custom Embroidery
Finished Ornaments

9. WHAT YOU CAN’T SELL:

Kits. No kits, guys. If you want to sell kits, please begin your own Facebook page.

10. IMPORTANT:
Myself (Staci Ann Lowry), The Ornament Girl, LLC, and/or The Ornament Girls Club will not be held liable for any transactions you choose to participate in. <– Your use of this group is of your own accord!

11. **I highly recommend you use PayPal INVOICES to invoice a buyer. I do not recommend sending checks, and please NEVER give out sensitive personal information about yourself! Please always use common sense when dealing with people you don’t know.**

12. Please don’t message me or the moderators about issues with buyers/sellers here, other than to simply give us a heads up that we have a potential trouble-maker amongst us. Again, your participation here is of your own accord.

The moderators and I reserve the right to delete any post. If you find your post deleted, it is for a reason. We are NOT required to notify you (we don’t want to be babysitters ;) ). Please re-read these rules if you find your post deleted.

I reserve the right to add/edit the above rules if needed, so please be sure to review them regularly.
