The Winter 2025 Opening! Christmas Club FAQ

It's almost time for us to re-open the Christmas Club!

We've been prepping for this since our last opening, which was in the Fall. This will be our 7th opening. We've sold out every single time we've opened!

We're so excited to re-open the doors again, and this time, we have approximately 200 spots available.

Opening Day will be Monday, February 24th at 12 pm EASTERN.

Make sure you're on my email list! (CLICK HERE)

This post has answers to some of the questions we've been most asked about the Christmas Club.

If you have any questions I haven't answered here, please leave them in the comments below.

How do I join?

I'll be sending an email ahead of time with a link to join. However, please note, that this link will NOT work until I open the cart. At the time of the opening, you'll need to click that link again to be sent to the correct ordering page.

Why are spots limited?

A lot of advance planning goes into these monthly kits, so I grow it each year by a number I feel we can handle.

We make every single kit by hand. (I know, you just don't see that kind of thing anymore, do you?)

We pre-cut all of the fabric into the exact-sized pieces you need for each pattern... by hand.

We bag up all of the beads, pins, sequins, and any other embellishments you'll need... by hand.

We even roll up all of the ribbons so you receive them in beautiful shape, and you guessed it... we roll them by hand.

And so, yep, we limit the number of kits we make every month so that we can keep our ornament kits as high-quality as they've always been.

I cannot open more spots than what we have available, as we need to order supplies way ahead, sometimes even a year in advance. This is especially true with holiday fabrics, which are typically only introduced once a year by the fabric manufacturers I love most.

In fact, when the idea for the Christmas Club came about, I realized I would need to order fabric and other supplies, for an entire year's worth of kits upfront.

I chose to do this for 1000 kits this first year, and slowly add on each year after.

If you join during this opening, your first kit will be the March 2025 Kit, which is this beautiful Twist n'Twirl ornament, created with beautiful (retired!) Moda Forest Frost Cardinal fabric, along with premium fabric from Cloud 9 and Hoffman.

I'm already a Christmas Club Member. Do I need to re-subscribe?

Nope! You're a member forever! (well, unless you decide to cancel.)

Are these really Christmas kits all year?

Yes, indeed!

They may not always be traditional Christmas every month (we like to mix it up with different styles and colors), but they do all still have the Christmas theme.

What patterns do you use in these kits?

One of the things that always bugged me was that each month in our original Ornament Girls Club, we introduce an amazing brand new pattern (and that is awesome)... but then it goes into the vault, and we rarely get a chance to re-visit it.

What a waste!

Inside our Christmas Club, we go back through our treasure trove of patterns... but with beautiful Christmas fabrics and embellishments every single month.

Does the Christmas Club introduce any NEW patterns?

No, not brand new. We will use existing patterns, and occasionally variations.

Basically, our original OG Club is more focused on new patterns each month... and this Christmas Club is more about kits. I can't begin to count the number of times I send an ornament picture in Inspire emails (using one of our existing patterns), and we get replies asking if we can please make a kit for it.

We have so many amazing patterns and the Christmas club is an awesome way to use those patterns in new ways, with beautiful Christmas materials.

Is there a digital-only option?

No there is not. We base these kits on our existing collection of beautiful patterns, and so it doesn't make sense to offer a digital-only option for the Christmas Club.

If you're interested in getting a new pattern each month, I'd recommend sticking with our current Digital Ornament Girls Club.

(Note: We open our Digital Ornament Girls Club a few times per year, but please note that it will be for patterns only, and will not include kits.)

Will there be an international shipping option?

Yes, we will have it available for those of you outside the US, but please note... shipping is VERY expensive. It is up to you if you'd like to join and pay the shipping, but unfortunately, that cost is out of my control.

What will I receive?

This is an exclusive members-only subscription club. As a private member, you will get:

  • A complete kit, with fabric, foam, pins, and embellishments, to make each month's Christmas ornament. (These kits are NOT available in my public shop.)
  • A full-length video tutorial, showing you how to make your ornament, plus any extra digital content we may add from time to time (you know how we love giving you extras!)
  • A collectible numbered hang tag for your ornament.
  • Access to our private Ornament Girls Facebook Group.

Which Club is better for me?

Our original Ornament Girls Club is heavily focused on learning a new pattern every single month.

The Christmas Club is a chance to re-visit many of those patterns, to make a Christmas-themed ornament every month, and get all the beautiful materials pre-cut, ready to go, and sent right to your door.

The Christmas Club is not for everyone, but if you want more Christmas.... and if you would love the chance to practice some of our amazing patterns... and if you love getting a kit with ALL the things... pre-cut and ready to go.. then you will LOVE the Christmas Club.

Do I have to be a member of the Ornament Girls Club in order to join the Christmas Club?

Nope! The Christmas Club will be open to everyone.

Can I trade my current OG Club Membership for a spot in the Christmas Club?

I can't guarantee you a spot in the Christmas Club... however, if you join, we will gladly cancel your current membership at your request.

Can I join both clubs?

Of course!

Is there a discount if I join both clubs?

Not at this time. I'm sorry.

What is the cost?

The monthly subscription for INSIDE the US is $35/month. This price INCLUDES shipping.

The monthly subscription for OUTSIDE the US is $44/month, including shipping.

I'm ready to join! Where do I sign up?

I know, I'm so excited too!

Opening Day is Monday, February 24th.

Your first kit will be shipped on or around March 1st, 2024. That is also the day you'll receive your first Video Tutorial.

This will be an ongoing subscription club, but you will always be able to cancel at any time.

I'll be sending an email ahead of time with a link to join. However, please note, that this link will NOT work until I open the cart. At the time of the opening, you'll need to click that link again to be sent to the correct ordering page.

Make sure you're on my email list! (CLICK HERE)

Can I sign up early?

I am so sorry, but we can't accept early sign ups.

Please watch your email. I'll be sending links and times for our opening very soon.

I just joined the $13. Ornament Club. I was thinking it would actually cost less for me to join this Christmas club @ $35. than the one I just joined because I would get everything I need to make these ornaments. Plus all the fabric is precut into what I need to make the ornament and I don’t have to go buy the fabric for my ornament nor the beads, pins, fabric, balls, or ribbons. Plus my pattern is included. It’s all in there. For only $35. I just go to my mailbox take it out, open it up the Prepping part is done. All I have to do is start putting my lovely ornament together.
I don’t have to go to the store and buy more that I would actually have to, to get my ornament done.
Sounds like fun. (I love Fabric!)
I am going to try it out and hope I get my membership in on time.
I can hardly wait to get started on ornamenting, that’s the fun part and most enjoyable part. I think I would like the other ornament club as well because it’s new patterns I’d be getting. I assume it would be the same price as the Christmas Club.
I am so glad I found you ornament girls. You make such great ornaments you all are so talented. Your ornaments are one word: Amazing! Thanks to Staci’s dream and drive to start this business. I think you have an amazing group of awesome and talented ladies having shared interest and talent. I know you thank God for good dedicated helpers every day.
    Thanks,
    Trish S.
PS Keep up the good work creating fun projects that are so satisfying and enjoyable. ??
