Quilted Ornament Ideas for Halloween.

Oh, I love this time of year!

Things are starting to feel more festive. Christmas isn’t far off anymore, and Halloween is just around the corner.

(And, I think we might even have a non-90’s degree here in Southwest Florida soon – wahoo!)

I went through my computer and gathered up some Halloween ornament pictures for you! I hope these inspire you in making yours. :)

I added some cute little Halloween charms to these first few. (There is a link to where I buy many of my charms on my Ornament Supply Page.)

And one more fun charm, to dress up some striped fabric….

(By the way, when you’re using striped fabric, cut your fabric rectangles so that your stripes run lengthwise through the piece. That will make your stripes run “outward” from the center of your ornament, which looks much nicer than when they go the opposite way.)

Another with stripes….. see what I mean about the lines?

I added tiny little star-shaped sequins to this one:

All of the above follow the Quilted Ball Pattern.

But, these can be made by varying the free Moonlight Pattern:

The only difference between these ornaments, and the Moonlight ornament, is that I added a line of sequins around the middle of the ornament, dividing the 6 fabric pieces into 12. I also added some pearl beads.

Happy Halloween! :)

I love your ornaments, but you have outdone yourself on the Halloween ornaments. I pinned this (I hope this was okay, if not please, let me know and I will remove it). I have never really thought about an ornament for Halloween and this is just WOW !!!
Thank you for putting this out in cyberspace.

Hi Reba… I tried to email you back the other day, but the email address came back as undeliverable. Unfortunately, I am all sold out of the ladybug kit – I’m sorry about that!
