You can learn this technique on a ball,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/theornamentgirl.com\/blog\/moonlight\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>HERE<\/b><\/a>, and then use it on a pumpkin (or any shape!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials Info:<\/strong> Made on a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/theornamentgirl.com\/market\/product\/mini-smooth-foam-pumpkin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Soft<\/b><b> Foam Pumpkin<\/b><\/a>. Darlene made this with old fabrics from her stash\u00a0<i>(one of the many great things about making these ornaments: they use small pieces of fabric&#8230; a great way to use up your scrap stash).<\/i><\/p>\n<p>What really makes this pumpkin fun is the topper! Darlene had the orange faceted beads\u00a0<i>(found at Hobby Lobby a long time ago)<\/i>\u00a0and then found the leaf beads recently from Fire Mountain Gems.<\/p>\n<p>She added them into the stem of the pumpkin ornament with gold pins. She used regular pins on the leaves, but colored the ends of the pins with a green sharpie so they'd blend with the leaves.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ninja Tip:\u00a0<\/b>The white stem of the pumpkin was showing through the transparent orange beads, so she colored the stem with an orange sharpie first!<\/p>\n<p>Happy Ornament-ing!<\/p>\n<p>Staci Ann<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to my Ornament Girl Inspire Series, and Happy Halloween!
