On Sunday night, I listed 320 of the November Ornament Kit, and late the next morning, the last one was sold.<\/p>\n
So, the Kit of the Month idea seems to be a smashing success, but a couple of issues did come up.<\/strong><\/p>\n Part of the issues were technical. My shopping cart decided that if you didn’t live in the United States, you should be charged like a zillion <\/em>dollars to have it shipped. EEK! This was my first time adding worldwide shipping to my cart, and I obviously need to figure out what I did wrong in my settings. Embarrassing!<\/p>\n I have to tell you, that this completely blows me away.<\/p>\n (I’ve been getting some hate mail since yesterday – I really hate, hate mail :( )<\/p>\n I am still shipping out these kits, and I probably will be for the next 2 days. After that, I will see if I can do a few more kits next week (a few! and no promises)…. but my main focus by the end of this week is to start planning for December’s kit.<\/strong><\/p>\n I’ve received many emails, comments, and Facebook messages asking me if I could start a “club”…. a membership sort of thing, so that you didn’t have to worry about purchasing every kit each month, at the right time, before they sold out.<\/p>\n At first, I was not giving this too much thought. Now, though, after getting the request so many times… it is making more and more sense to me. <\/strong><\/p>\n So, I’m working out the details on how I will set it up, but in the next week or so, I will be posting more info about my new “Kit of the Month Club”<\/strong>, where members will automatically receive each new kit – no waiting in line, no possibility of missing out, and the guaranteed arrival of your new kit each month.<\/strong> (yay!)<\/p>\n No. I will offer them each month in my shop, too. But members will get a fixed, lower price, and be guaranteed their delivery each month.<\/p>\n I will post more details soon! I need to finish getting these November kits out the door to you (I can’t wait for you to get them and make them!)… but if you would, will you let me know in the comments below if you’d be interested in the Club idea? I’d LOVE to get an idea of how many people are interested.<\/p>\nThe main issue though, is that some of you who wanted a kit still didn’t get one.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n
