One of the questions I am asked most often about my quilted ornament patterns<\/a> is:<\/p>\n

“I have tons of scraps and fat quarters left over from my bigger quilting projects. Are these pieces big enough to make quilted ornament projects from?”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The answer is, absolutely. In fact, quilted ornaments are a perfect <\/em>way to use up your fabric scraps.<\/h2>\n

Each ornament takes less than a quarter yard of fabric. And, not only that, your fabric will be cut into small rectangles, and then layered onto the ornament, so you’ll be able to use up your smallest of scraps.<\/p>\n

It’s such an awesome way to make sure all those little pieces of fabric don’t go to waste…whether you make an ornament using only a couple of different fabrics, like this:<\/p>\n

Or, whether you make a “scrappy” style ornament, with all sorts of different fabric pieces, like one of my customers, Terri, did here (how cute is this?):<\/p>\n
