<\/p>\nCut about 25 inches of the jewelry wire, and then use the pliers to twist a tiny amount at one end, like this (this’ll keep your beads from sliding off):<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nThread pearls onto the wire ’til you’ve got a strand of about 18 or 20 inches.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nTwist the wire after the last bead just like you did at the beginning.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nWrap the wire loosely around your wrist to give it a little bit of a rounded, spiral shape, and then just start feeding one end of the wire down into the empty ornament until you get it all inside. Don’t worry about perfectionism here; just let the strand sit wherever it falls. Seriously, the more imperfect it is, the prettier it will look.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nNow feed the feather into the ornament. I find it easier to feed it in from the top of the feather because that end is easier to kind of bend and turn so you can get the whole thing inside.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nPop on the top of the ornament, and you’re done! (You can add a little clear glue around the neck of the ornament if you’re worried about the top coming loose while it’s hanging on the tree.)<\/p>\n
