On Monday, September 8th, we'll have 200 spaces available in our Ornament Girls VIP Club.<\/p>\n

We're so excited to re-open the doors again for this club! We have 200 spots available that will be available to current members of one of our other clubs.<\/h3>\n

Opening Day will be Monday, September 8th at 1 pm EASTERN.<\/p>\n

This post has answers to some of the questions we've been most asked about the VIP Club opening.<\/p>\n

How do I join?<\/u><\/b><\/h3>\n

I'll be sending an email ahead of time to our current Digital and Christmas Club members. I wanted to make sure you guys had first dibs on these 200 spots.<\/p>\n

We do expect the spots to sell out VERY quickly. The spots in the VIP club will be released on September 8th at 1pm EASTERN. The first members to fill out the form will be awarded those spots.<\/p>\n\t

Why are spots limited?<\/h4>\n

We haven't opened up the Ornament Girls VIP Club in over 5 years. And I hadn't planned to open it again. You might be wondering why.<\/p>\n

Our VIP Club is more difficult to plan for than any of our other Club options. For the last 5 years, I've allowed it to slowly dwindle down in numbers, and I'd pretty much made up my mind that I wouldn't re-open it.<\/p>\n

But you guys weren't having it lol. So I'm caving. I'm going to open it up, but 200 spots is the absolute max number of spots I'm able to open, because our kits are already planned for the entire next year, and we don't have enough fabric and materials to go over that number.<\/p>\n

VIP spaces include our monthly pattern eBook, full-length video tutorial,\u00a0AND the complete supply kit.<\/p>\n

I'm a Digital member of The Ornament Girls Club… can I switch to VIP?<\/h4>\n

YES! This club opening is exclusively for members of our Digital Ornament Girls Club and Christmas Clubs. If you are currently a Digital Member and get a spot in the VIP Club, your membership will automatically be switched. You won't need to do anything. If you were charged for your Digital membership before you switched, you will be refunded.<\/p>\n

We will be making these changes manually, so please give us a few days to get everything switched or refunded.<\/p>\n\t

I'm a Christmas Club member… can I also join the VIP Club?<\/h4>\n

Yes! You can be a member of both the Christmas Club and the VIP Club at the same time. The kits are different, and with the VIP kit, you will learn a brand new pattern each month.<\/p>\n

If you would prefer to switch to the VIP Club, and NOT keep your Christmas Club membership, please contact our customer support team at staciann@theornamentgirl.com<\/a> to have your Christmas Club membership cancelled. This will not happen automatically, but we'll be glad to take care of that for you.<\/p>\n\t

What is the difference between the VIP Club and the Christmas Club?<\/h4>\n

As part of the VIP club, you will be learning a brand new ornament pattern each month. The patterns are generally seasonally designed (like our lovely fall-themed Sundance ornament above), and the patterns have never been released before. You will also get a full step by step PDF eBook as part of your membership.<\/p>\n

In the Christmas Club, we go back through our treasure trove of patterns… but with beautiful Christmas fabrics and embellishments every single month. This club does NOT include the eBook.<\/p>\n\t

I am not a member of any of your clubs… can I still join the VIP club?<\/h4>\n

Since this Club Opening is so limited, we are giving our Digital and Christmas Club members first dibs. The only way to join the VIP Club is to be a current member of one of those subscriptions.<\/p>\n

We will be opening the Digital Ornament Girls Club in November of 2025 and would love to have you join us! You can sign up for our Digital Club opening wait list HERE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

Will there be an international shipping option?<\/h4>\n

We will open 5-10 spots for our International members. Please watch your email for more info!<\/p>\n\n\t

I'm not available on Monday, September 8th at 1 pm EASTERN… can you save me a spot?<\/h4>\n

Since we have a very limited number of spaces, and because we expect many members will be excited to switch their membership over to the VIP club, we are not able switch anyone to the VIP membership ahead of time or hold spots. All spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.<\/p>\n\t

What will I receive?<\/h4>\n

This is an exclusive members-only subscription club. As a private member, you will get:<\/h3>\n

  • A complete kit<\/b>, with fabric, foam, pins, and embellishments, to make each month's ornament. (These kits are NOT available in my public shop.)<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n

  • A full step-by-step PDF eBook,\u00a0<\/strong>with tons of photos showing you how to do each step as you go.<\/li>\n
  • A collectible card featuring each months ornament.<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Access to our private\u00a0Ornament Girls Facebook Group.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t

    I got a spot in the VIP Club! What happens with my Digital membership?<\/h4>\n

    Congratulations! We hope you love getting your little white box!<\/p>\n

    If you are a current member of the Digital club, we will automatically be cancelling your Digital membership. If you were already billed for your Digital membership, we will also process that refund so there is no need to do anything else! Refunds can take up to five buiness days to be reflected on your account.<\/p>\n

    Do I need to be in both the VIP and the Digital Club?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    Nope! Your VIP memebrship includes all of the same digital content as the Digital membership.<\/p>\n\n\t

    What is the cost?<\/h4>\n

    The monthly subscription for INSIDE the US is $35\/month. This price INCLUDES shipping.<\/p>\n

    The monthly subscription for OUTSIDE the US is $49\/month.<\/p>\n\t

    PLEASE READ THIS:<\/p>\n

    There's a very good chance that some of you who want a spot, will not get one. If that happens, I want to say upfront that I'm so sorry for the disappointment.<\/p>\n

    But.. please know that we are trying to figure out some kind of process going forward… to possibly open a few spots each month or two to fill in for any cancelations, etc. We are even thinking we could do some kind of lottery system or something. I will keep you updated on what we come up with.<\/p>\n

    And in the meantime, our Digital Membership is still here, and it's a wonderful way to make each month's brand new pattern with your own unique fabrics and materials, AND stay involved in our awesome ornament-making community.<\/p>\n

    This will be an ongoing subscription club, but you will always be able to cancel at any time. We have an easy Cancel Form right inside your account page, OR you can simply send us an email requesting to cancel, and we will get it handled for you right away.<\/p>\n
