About 14 years ago, I put a few of my handmade folded fabric ornaments up on eBay to see if I could make a little extra Christmas money.

I had no idea that this one simple thing would one day turn into an ornament club with over 3,000 members!

My adoration for making these fabric ornaments goes way back to when I was about 15 years old. One day my mom came home from the Ben Franklin craft store (remember those?), where she'd just seen a demonstration for making "quilted" ornaments. She'd brought home bags of supplies, and she, my sister, and I sat around for the rest of the afternoon, folding and pinning our hearts out.

I kept making them through the years. When I got married to my Marine love, we were pretty broke (we were young, and he was a Private) ..... so I started making my ornaments with any material I could get my hands on, even cheap dollar store ribbon. I loved making them so much that sometimes I would even take my old ornaments apart, just so I'd have pins and another styrofoam ball to use for the next one.

(This is how I learned lots of little ways to save on pins and materials. I made everything stretch!)

Right after I started my tiny business (okay....hobby) selling my ornaments online, tragedy struck our family. I became a widow and single mom of 2 very young kids. Not wanting to immediately put my kiddos in daycare so that I could go back to work, I decided to see if I could find a way to make my little ornament business support us.

That's when the beginnings of this site that you're on now took shape. Now you'll find not just ornaments for sale, but also our Ornament Girls Club (a monthly pattern/kit club!), along with tons of different quilted ornament patterns.

I hope you enjoy making these ornaments as much as I do! Just, be careful....they are addictive. Just wait until you find yourself folding every single material you come across into little triangles to see how it will look on an ornament. :)

I really appreciate you being here.

We've Grown! Meet The Ornament Girl Team...

staci ann lowry the ornament girl

Founder, CEO, Photographer, Content Creator

I'm Staci Ann, and I live in Central Florida, with my two kids. We live in an old lakehouse with an airplane hangar in the backyard, which we converted into the Ornament Girl Shop. Although making ornaments has always been my favorite craft, I used to be an avid jewelry maker, and have recently picked up beading again. I'm also a total geek about photography, web design, and online marketing.

Head Pattern Designer

Hi! I'm so delighted to be a part of the Ornament Girl design team! I happily make my home on a small farm in Kansas where I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, horses, crafting and gardening. I have a thing about collecting old rusty junk and incorporating it into my gardens and landscaping. My mother was a wonderful talented seamstress and loved sewing and quilting...and I hated it! But I did inherit her love of fabric and once I learned to make quilted ornaments (with no sewing!) I just couldn't stop making them! I really love being able to share my designs and seeing the joy and fun others get from being able to create their own beautiful ornaments!

Pattern Designer

Hello from Beautiful British Columbia, Canada! I'm so pleased to be a part of The Ornament Girl Team! I have been a quilter for many years, and came across quilted ornaments through The Ornament Girl website in 2018. Right away I knew I was hooked and have been creating no-sew quilted ornaments ever since. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and hiking with my furbabies Bailey (my Beagle) and Sabel my (German Shepherd).

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's beautiful creations!

(Freddie the lab pictured!)

I’m Cheri and I live in Michigan with my Hubby, our black lab (Freddie), and our rescue cats (Kitty and Cookie). I work full-time managing corporate initiatives at a credit union. Life got in the way of finishing college many years ago, but now I am almost done and will have my degree in 2022. Ornamenting is my stress relief and creative outlet. I started making fabric ornaments 35+ years ago (gasp!) when I saw one at a craft show and, through an abundance of trial and error, taught myself how to make them. As life progressed, I gradually drifted away from making ornaments and focused on drawing and painting. Then, in 2007, I came across the Ornament Girl website which totally renewed my love for creating these ornaments. I am so incredibly grateful and thrilled to be part of the Ornament Girl Team!!

Pattern Designer

I'm Monica, and after stumbling onto the Ornament Girl website in 2013, it wasn’t long before every shelf and bowl in my house was filled with ornaments! It was a dream come true to officially join the OG team in 2018. It brought together so many things that I enjoy: design, crafts, art, and (of course) Christmas! When I’m not helping to create ornaments and tutorials, I enjoy spending time with my family and two cats, weaving, doing other types of fiber art projects, and traveling. One of the most unforgettable places I’ve been was the Lauterbrunnen Valley in Switzerland… beautiful!

Executive Assistant & Project Manager

(Princess Kitty pictured!)

I'm Tammie, and I live in central Florida, with several cats that found their forever homes with me. Although my kitties think my main purpose in life is serving, and entertaining them, I also love spending time with my family, reading, cooking, and learning new things.

I have a passion for developing/refining processes, organization, and data analytics, and am excited to be part of The Ornament Girl team. I have a deep appreciation for skillfully handcrafted items, and admire those who are not only talented enough to create them, but are also able to show others how to make them.

Shop Manager

(This picture is the first time I had ever seen snow and it was in Ireland!!)

A born & raised Floridian, I call Central Florida home with my two rescue cats. When not traveling or spending time at the theme parks, my crafting passions range from crochet, embroidery, and sewing. An avid baker, I love frosting and putting new spins on older recipes. An avid hockey fan, I love taking trips to Tampa to support the Tampa Bay Lightning.

I’m ecstatic to be a part of the Ornament Girl Team. From the design to the shipping of the kits, so much care goes into everything we do and I couldn’t be more proud of the OG Team.

I'm a Colorado girl and a stay at home mom with 2 little ones. When I'm not making ornaments, I can be found sewing, crocheting or reading. My favorite color is teal and my favorite Ornament Girl pattern is the Rosebud.

Customer Happiness

I'm Clara, and I live in Colorado with my husband and two little boys. I am a long-time crafter, and I have loved learning about all things ornament-ing! When I am not spending time with family and friends, you will find me hiking, painting, or buried in a good book.

Fabric Cutter Extraordinaire

I'm Julia, and I live in northern FL with my husband, mom and several of my precious family members. I was blessed to meet Staci Ann in 2015 when I saw one of her posts on Facebook. I had a friend who had been battling breast cancer she'd posted her beautiful Horizon of Hope Ornament for Breast Cancer. I found out that she didn't live too far from me so I gave her a call and asked if I could pick one up. Staci said of course. I loved her from the moment I met her.

I loved making the ornament, and my friend cried when I gave it to her.  In March 2016, Staci sent out a message asking to hire some help. I jumped on that bandwagon instantly. I became one of her very first employees for The Ornament Girl and continue to work for her, loving everything that I do. I guess you could call me the fabric cutting maniac. I cut pretty much all the fabric for each kit every month. I love seeing all the beautiful fabrics and how they are put together to make such gorgeous ornaments. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, listening to christian videos and of course, making ornaments.

Graphic Designer & eBook Creator

Hey there! I’m Gabriella, and I live in beautiful Philadelphia with my boyfriend and our assortment of house plants. I spend most of my time designing, illustrating, painting, doing yoga, and squeezing in the occasional 80’s flick. It has been an honor to be a part of the Ornament Girls Team and create the graphics for this lovely, artistic community.

After spending my earlier years in South Florida, I’ve been a Central Florida resident for many years. Originally in finance, I chose early, early retirement to realize my dream of owning an equestrian center, primarily to rescue and retrain ex-racehorses to be therapy horses.

The opportunity to join the Ornament Girl team came about unexpectedly and it was the perfect choice for me. I love assisting in getting these beautiful designs out to you each month. There is so much that goes into them. The process has so many moving parts and I enjoy seeing them all come together. I hope all you Ornament Girls out there have as much fun creating your ornaments as we do getting them to you.

Hi, I’m Kat. I’m originally from Chicago, but I have lived in Florida since 1990. I have two grown kids and two grandkids. I have always been a creative, artsy person since childhood. In my spare time, I paddle board, hike, ride my bike, ride horses, and do updating projects at my house and yard. I was so excited to join the Ornament Girl team... everyone here is fun and fantastic to work with.

I'm Denise. I have lived in Central Florida since 2004, having moved here from Maryland.

I have 5 amazing daughters - one of which you all know - Staci Ann. I also have 2 wonderful grandchildren, 2 cats (Oreo & Big Kitty), and Viggo is my granddoggy!

I have enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts my whole life, so when I had the opportunity to join the Ornament Girl here at the shop, I jumped at the chance. I love it! I feel so blessed not only to see how things evolve but to be able to work with and see my family every day.

Around the shop, I'm known as 'Mom'. I handle the shipping. I take great pride in packing your orders and getting them out to you as fast as possible.

When I have free time, I usually like to go to Disney, the beach, or spend time here at Staci's at the lake. I love to bowl and I love going to craft shows and fairs. I do try to get an ornament done every now and then. I love our little angel and snowman kits.

I'm so proud of Staci and absolutely love being a part of the Ornament Girls!

Hello! I’m Taylor, and I currently live in sunny Arizona with my husband and adorable dog, Max. I started sewing at a young age and have been obsessed with crafting ever since. From competing in professional costuming contests around the country to crafting custom mugs and hats, I love expanding my horizons and tackling new challenges. One of those new challenges came in my introduction to The Ornament Girl. After struggling through my very first pattern, I fell in love and now look forward to making a new creation each week! Outside of crafting, I also enjoy running marathons, playing the guitar, and snuggling up with my pup and a good book.

My son and daughter-in-law will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this year (4/4/23} and I would like to do an ornamentnfor them but I’m at a loss as to what colors would go together with the silver cuz I think all silver would be pretty boring and I’d like it to be a little snazzy. Do you have any suggestions or maybe even pics of ornamenrts that have been done previously for this occasion? Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks again

  10. Judith Pier on April 19, 2023 at 1:55 pm

Hi, I ordered a booklet from you on April 10, 2023 and have not received anything yet. My PayPal account says the money was sent. When can I expect to receive my order? Also, not sure if it is a hard copy or a digital copy. I keep ckecking my mail and junk mail but so far nothing has shown up. Please advise. Thanks

  11. Joan Blechschmidt on April 19, 2023 at 3:07 pm

I am afraid that I have to cancel my subscription .
How do I go about doing that, and will I still be able to access the instructions for the balls I still have to complete?

  12. Carla Demeritt on April 23, 2023 at 2:57 pm

I am overwhelmed with all that I need to do. I need to cancel for awhile my subscription. I have an over-abundance of material that I have not been able to get to. I hope that I can be able to get to the instructions for the ornaments that have already come through. Also, can I still receive access to your supplies? I did do the adorable bunnies that you gave instructions to. I do not sell what I have done. I give them to my friends (mostly at church). I have enjoyed all of my projects. Now I need to concentrate on all that I need to do.
    Thank you so much.
I know that you will respond as soon as you can.

    • Sarah Cinocco on April 23, 2023 at 3:57 pm

      Hi Carla,
We are so sorry to see you go! Since you were a member of both of our clubs, I did cancel them both. You will still have access to all the patterns you have already purchased as well as our supply shop. Thank you so much again for having been a member. WE truly appreciate it!

  14. Patricia Sanders on July 25, 2023 at 3:39 am

I seem to have one of my ornaments missing from my ornament list. I ordered the “Fluted Star” and the “Bethlehem Star” the same day. For some reason it’s not in my list anymore. Can you please check to see what may have happened. Can you check to see what happened to my Bethlehem Star ornament pattern. I am not sure but it may have been maybe November or December when I ordered them. I just can’t remember the date for sure. That was my favorite ornament from the first time I saw it.

I just ordered and received the download for the Aug 2020 Sunflower Prairie Point Pinwheel pattern. It shows I have access but I cannot print it. I have tried using Chrome and Microsoft Edge – nothing prints. We have two printers so tried both of them – nothing works. I could print the strips for dividing the discs but not the actual pattern. Please help.

  17. Brandi Cancellieri on October 19, 2023 at 12:53 am

I would also like to purchase Sept and Aug of this year. I did not know you were not getting my payment until I contacted you the other day. my husband did not notice I was no longer getting them either because he was taking care of me. On Aug 6th I had a stroke. I am regaining my ability to use my hands.

Hi Peggy, we would be happy to help out! Can you please send an email to so we can look up your order information?

  19. Kelly Borges on November 17, 2023 at 1:08 am

I have recently become obsessed with ornament making through your YouTube videos. I notice that each time I place an order with you an ETA is never included. You do have wonderful staff who immediately respond to my email inquiries. Wouldn’t it be easier to include the ETA on our receipts?

    • Sarah Cinocco on November 17, 2023 at 1:14 pm

Hi Kelly, our supply shop works very hard to ship orders as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days. Since that timeline can change depending on how busy we are, we are not able to give an exact time line. We do always send out an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can look out for it. I hope that helps!

  20. Sharon on November 23, 2023 at 9:41 am

Is there an auto fill option for name, address, credit card info, etc. for when you purchase items? I hate having to fill in all my information each time I make a purchase. Also, I see no purchase option for PayPal. I have to not only fill out all my personal information but credit card information also each time I make a purchase. I find that I will not make a purchase because I have to keep redoing all my information at each purchase. Perhaps I’m over looking something?

    • Sarah Cinocco on November 24, 2023 at 10:12 am

Hi Sharon, I am so sorry about any inconvenience! We do not have an autofill option on our website, but you may have those settings in your browser. At this time we do not accept PayPal as a payment option. I am happy to pass along that feedback to Staci Ann though. I am so sorry again about any trouble!

  21. Lynn Mesco on January 9, 2024 at 6:04 pm
