Hi Stacey…I’m trying to figure out how to buy the kimekomi spatula from you, but I don’t see it listed in your shop. Please advise!
    Thanks,

Hi Linda… I’m so sorry; I don’t have any at the moment, but here is a place you can find them: http://www.juho-tougei.com/english/dai_komono/daihoka.html

I have ordered from them before and received my order with no issues.

It is in Japan, so shipping is around $8, even though it’s so small. It’s the only place I know of though right now that has them. You can also use a thin butterknife (use the back instead of the serrated side), which would be much cheaper…. but if you plan on making lots of ornaments, the spatula is a good investment.

      I hope this helps! :)

Thanks, Staci! I just ordered their kit with Scissors, spatula, & “hole maker.” But I don’t read Japanese! Any idea how long it will take to arrive in AZ? ALSO…do you buy pins with beads on top, & if so, where can I get some?

I don’t remember exactly how long it took for me to get my order, but I do remember that it was much faster than I had expected it to take. I’m sorry, I wish I could remember exactly… it was awhile ago.

I get those pins at JoAnn’s usually (even though they are expensive there… I always use a coupon for those!). You can also find them on Amazon from various sellers (just type in “pearl head pins” and you’ll see lots of different ones). :)

Just wondering if it is possible to order a military insignia kit? I thought I might try my hand at it this round.

Hey Ibby! I’m sorry for the slow response. I have been in the process of selling my house and packing for a big move, so things are in total disarray at this household! I don’t have any kits for the military ornaments YET, but I have had lots of requests, so it’s definitely on my list. When would you need it by?

That’s awesome. No hurry. Good luck on your move. Thanks a bunch!
