10 things to accomplish in 2011

by ornamentgirl on January 7, 2011 · 1 comment

I am 6 days late for coming up with a list of resolutions, but I figured that was okay since I still have 359 days to make them happen.

1. Pass my math class. A variation of my original resolution to “ace my math class.” This changed when I opened my textbook yesterday…I am now good enough with “pass.” 2. Defeat my waiting list. Back by popular demand…it’s made the list 3 years in a row.

3. Lose 10 pounds. 4. Attempt a craft show. I am aiming for one in the Fall, but of course, this is contingent on obtaining success with #2.

5. Drink less coffee. Although I don’t know if I can do both this and #3 at the same time, so I might have to pick one. 6.Drink less wine. 6. Completely revamp the disaster that is my craft room. 7. Paint my kitchen. This was a (semi) successful resolution from 2010. But alas, lime green may not have been the right choice. Paint (in a different color), we shall meet again!

8. Take down my Christmas tree sometime before it’s time to put it back up again. 9. Convince my son to cut his hair. Otherwise, he’d better make sure one of HIS resolutions is to learn to sleep with his eyes open.

10. Stop buying fabric. Along with my daughter, it appears to be plotting an evil takeover of the world.

So what do YOU want to accomplish this year?
