I ordered 2 ornaments that arrived without the instructions, and also ordered i nstructions for the others ornaments, but when I went to copy all of them, I had a black screen. I expect to have instructions in a kit when it comes, not have to get it off of Email. Please send the instructions by mail. Thank you
I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience, Barbara. As is stated in the kit description on the purchase page, the instructions are digital, and the reason I do it that way, is because they are VERY in-depth, and contain lots of step by step photos. It is not possible at this time for me to mail them, as it would be much, much too expensive, and sending them digitally helps me keep my kits at a lower price. Like I said, it is clearly stated in the item description that the instructions are digital, and that they will be emailed.
I do hope to rectify this situation….. can you clarify what you mean by when you “went to copy all of them”? Do you mean that you attempted to print them out? If so, I can try sending you a new copy of each of the files, so that you can try printing again. Will you let me know if I’m understanding you properly? Thank you.

Yes, absolutely. Once you are in, you are in, until you decide to cancel. Otherwise, you’ll automatically stay in as long as you wish. :) So glad to have you in the club! :)

I, once again, am having issues with my bank account. Apparently, Paypal transferred money from my personal bank account without autorization to do so. It is a sizable sum. I am going to have to close my present account and open a new one. After contacting Paypal, they are freezing my activity until all is resolved. My question is…how can I get you paid for my monthly kits? Do you accept checks? Help!!!
